Step 1: Set Up Your Domain and Email Infrastructure
Option 1: Use Infraforge (Dedicated IP pool) or Mailforge (Shared IP pool) or Primeforge (Google and Outlook) for your infrastructure. These services are designed to optimize deliverability.
Option 2: If you’re not using the above, follow these steps:
Get secondary domains from a domain registrar (we recommend GoDaddy).
Create up to 3 inboxes per domain using Google Workspace.
Complete your domain setup by following our email deliverability guide.
Step 2: Sign Up for Salesforge
Get your Salesforge subscription here.
Step 3: Connect Your Google Workspace or Primeforge/Infraforge/Mailforge Mailboxes
Connecting your mailboxes using the Google OAuth method ensures you can run multi-inbox sequences and rotate inboxes for better email deliverability.
Instructions: Follow our OAuth setup guide.
For Infraforge/Mailforge/Primeforge Mailboxes, simply export them to Saleforge.
Step 4: Warm-Up Your Mailboxes
Warming up your mailboxes is critical for ensuring high email deliverability. It helps build a good sender reputation with email providers.
Timeline:
Day 1 (T-0): Sign up and connect inboxes.
Day 2 (T+24h): Warm-up activity begins.
Day 15: Start sequencing your emails.
Step 5: Review the Deliverability Checklist
While waiting for your inbox warm-up, review the email deliverability checklist to ensure everything is optimized for sending.
Step 6: Prepare Your Contact List
Product/Service Data: Assemble the information needed for AI-based email copy generation.
Contact Data: Ensure you have a clean list of prospects ready to engage. Use Leadsforge to generate leads. Here are few more recommendations for contact data.
