If you see the attention tab in your campaign or master inbox, it indicates that a mailbox linked to a campaign with ongoing leads may have been automatically disconnected.
This can happen even if neither you nor your team manually disconnected it. When this occurs, any leads associated with the disconnected mailbox will remain in progress, and the campaign's volume might slow down since these leads are left in a pending state.
Salesforge ensures that the same mailbox is used throughout the entire sequence for each lead. For example, if [email protected] received the first email from [email protected], all subsequent emails will come from [email protected] to maintain consistency and prevent the appearance of spam.
If the mailbox disconnects during step 2 of a 5-step sequence, [email protected] will remain at step 2 until the mailbox is reconnected.
