Salesforge Primebox offers powerful sorting and filtering capabilities to help you manage your cold email responses efficiently. Here's a breakdown of how to use filters, labels, and manage your inbox:

1. Filtering Emails

Primebox allows you to filter your inbox using preset categories, making it easy to organize your incoming messages:

  • Out of Office (OOO) emails are automatically filtered by the system. However, if you spot an OOO email that wasn’t automatically filtered, you can manually apply the OOO filter to that message.

  • Use these filters to keep your inbox focused on active responses, ensuring that irrelevant emails are set aside.

2. Labeling Emails

You can organize emails by applying specific labels to categorize the responses. Primebox includes the following default labels:

  • Wrong Contact

  • Positive Response

  • Negative Response

  • Meeting Booked

  • Meeting Completed

  • Closed

These labels help you track the status and context of each conversation, streamlining follow-ups and next actions.

3. Custom Labels

In addition to the default labels, Primebox allows you to create custom labels tailored to your unique workflow. This flexibility gives you control over how you manage and categorize your conversations.

4. Managing Emails in Primebox

All incoming emails appear directly in your Primebox inbox. From here, you can:

  • Respond to emails directly within the platform.

  • Use labels and filters to sort, organize, and prioritize emails for follow-up actions.

Conclusion

Salesforge Primebox’s filtering and labeling features make it easy to manage and categorize your cold email responses, ensuring a streamlined workflow and better visibility into your outreach efforts.
