How Active Contacts Are Calculated in Salesforge and Agent Frank

Active contact credits calculation in Salesforge and Agent Frank

Active contacts include any leads that are currently in an active sequence and moving through the steps.

They exclude any leads that have reached a final status (e.g., completed or paused) or have triggered certain conditions (like replies or out-of-office (OOO) responses) that halt their progress in the sequence.

Included in Active Contacts:

  • Active: Leads progressing through the sequence normally.

Not Included in Active Contacts:

  • Paused: Leads on hold, awaiting reactivation.

  • Completed: Leads that have finished all sequence steps.

  • Replied: Leads who responded to outreach, halting further steps.

  • Out-of-Office (OOO): Temporarily paused until their OOO status expires.

  • Bounced: Emails that failed delivery.

  • Unsubscribed: Leads that opted out of communications.

  • Marked as Interested/Disqualified: Manually removed from the sequence.

Summary: Only leads currently in the sequence without any stop-triggering conditions count as active contacts.

This is the same for Agent Frank also, active contacts are calculated the same way

  • Active contacts mean Agent Frank will interact with up to 1000 people at any given time.

  • Each email is tailored uniquely for every lead, ensuring a personal touch.

  • Over a month, this translates to reaching 2000–2500 new leads and sending 6000–7500 personalized emails.
