Completed: Leads that have finished all sequence steps.
Replied: Leads who responded to outreach, halting further steps.
Out-of-Office (OOO): Temporarily paused until their OOO status expires.
Bounced: Emails that failed delivery.
Unsubscribed: Leads that opted out of communications.
Marked as Interested/Disqualified: Manually removed from the sequence.
Summary: Only leads currently in the sequence without any stop-triggering conditions count as active contacts.
