In order to run your email sequences in Salesforge, you need to enable SMTP

Login into Microsoft 365 admin center as an admin and then follow the below steps. If you've bought your Outlook accounts via GoDaddy, follow this link.

  1. Navigate to Active users

  2. Select a user

  3. Navigate to Mail tab

  4. Manage email apps

  5. Tick the box for Authenticated SMTP
