Everything you need to know about Salesforge Free Trial

The Salesforge Free Trial: : Duration, Extensions, Limits, and What Happens When It Ends

Salesforge offers a 14-day free trial so you can explore the platform, connect your mailboxes, create sequences, and test your outreach before choosing a paid subscription.

The trial also includes access to Warmforge for email warm-up.

Important: This free trial applies only to Salesforge and Warmforge. Other Forge products, including Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge, and Leadsforge, are not included.

This guide explains how long the trial lasts, how to extend it, what limits apply, and what happens when it ends.

How Long Is the Salesforge Free Trial?

The standard Salesforge free trial lasts 14 days from activation.

The trial runs for consecutive days, including weekends and days when you don't use the platform. It is not based on how many days you actively send emails or use Salesforge.

You can check your remaining trial time in your Salesforge account.

No credit card is required to start the trial.

How to Extend Your Salesforge Free Trial

If you need more time to explore Salesforge, there are two ways to extend your trial.

Each extension adds 7 additional days, allowing you to extend your trial from 14 days to a maximum of 28 days.

Option 1: Invite Another User (+7 Days)

You can earn 7 additional trial days by inviting a friend or colleague to join your Salesforge workspace.

Follow the invitation instructions available in your Salesforge account to claim the extension.

This extension can be claimed once.

Settings screen on the Users & Roles tab shows workspace members and controls for adding users; a red arrow points toward Add new user. Visible: Settings, Usage, Users & Roles, Integrations, DNC list, API & MCP.

Option 2: Complete the Salesforge Academy Quiz (+7 Days)

You can earn another 7 days by completing the Salesforge Academy certification quiz.

After successfully completing the certification requirements, you can claim the additional trial days.

This extension can also be claimed once.

The Academy screen shows the “Infrastructure +Extra features” lesson, a 92% progress indicator, and a red arrow pointing to Academy in the left sidebar. Visible: Academy, 92%, Progress, Introduction Module, Infrastructure Information, Infrastructure set up tutorial.

Note: Both these options extend the trial of salesforge only. If you need to extend warmforge trial as well, you can reach out to us via chat after you have completed the above options successfully and have the salesforge subscription extended.

Can I Extend My Trial After It Has Expired?

Yes. Both trial extension options are available after your initial 14-day trial has ended, provided you haven't already claimed them.

For example:

  • Standard trial: 14 days

  • Invite another user: +7 days

  • Complete Salesforge Academy certification: +7 days

  • Maximum trial duration: 28 days

Each extension is available only once. Inviting additional users or completing the Academy quiz again does not provide unlimited trial days.

What Are the Limits During the Free Trial?

The Salesforge trial includes the following usage limits:

These limits apply to the trial and are different from the allowances available with paid Salesforge plans.

Note: Extending your trial gives you additional time to use Salesforge. It should not be treated as an automatic increase in your contact, email, or credit allowances.

What Is Not Included in the Free Trial?

The free trial covers Salesforge and Warmforge only.

The following products and services are not included:

  • Mailforge: Domains and email mailboxes must be purchased separately.

  • Primeforge: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailbox infrastructure is not included.

  • Infraforge: Private email infrastructure requires a separate purchase.

  • Leadsforge: Lead generation and prospecting credits are not part of the Salesforge trial.

  • Agent Frank: The autonomous AI SDR is not included in the standard self-service trial.

You can connect existing email mailboxes to Salesforge without purchasing mailbox infrastructure from the Forge Stack.

Some Salesforge capabilities are also subject to trial limits. For example, only one LinkedIn sender account can be connected during the trial.

What Happens When the Free Trial Ends?

Once your trial expires, you'll need to extend it using an available extension or subscribe to a paid Salesforge plan to continue using its outreach capabilities.

What Happens to My Contacts and Sequences?

Your trial's sending allowance is no longer available after expiry. You will need an active trial extension or paid subscription to continue running outreach.

What Happens to My Connected Mailboxes?

Your existing email mailboxes are separate from your Salesforge subscription.

If you purchased mailboxes through another provider or another Forge product, the expiry of your Salesforge trial does not itself cancel those purchases.

However, access to Salesforge sending and Warmforge warm-up depends on your active subscription or trial entitlement.

How to Continue Using Salesforge After Your Trial

You have two options:

  1. Extend your free trial: Claim any remaining eligible extensions to receive additional trial days.

  2. Upgrade to a paid plan: Choose a Salesforge subscription that matches your outreach requirements.

You can review the available plans on the Salesforge pricing page.

If you've already used both extensions, you'll need a paid subscription to continue using Salesforge beyond the maximum trial duration.

If you have questions about your trial status or subscription, contact the Salesforge support team through live chat.
