Warmforge helps you prepare your mailboxes for cold email outreach by building and maintaining sender reputation through email warmup and deliverability tools.
Depending on your subscription, you may have access to Warmforge through a free trial, a paid Salesforge subscription, or the one free mailbox slot available after the trial ends.
This article explains how the Warmforge trial works, how its duration is counted, and what happens to your access when the trial ends.
The Warmforge trial lasts 14 days (two weeks).
When you sign up for a Salesforge free trial, you automatically receive two weeks of access to Warmforge as well. This gives you time to explore Warmforge's deliverability and warmup features alongside Salesforge.
The trial period is time-based. It runs for 14 days from the applicable trial start date, rather than being determined by how frequently you use Warmforge.
Important: The Warmforge trial is a separate access entitlement for Warmforge. It should not be interpreted as a trial for Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge, or any other Forge product.
Once your Warmforge trial expires, your access depends on your subscription.
If you have a paid Salesforge subscription: Warmforge remains free to use as part of your paid Salesforge subscription.
If you do not have a paid Salesforge subscription: You retain access to one free Warmforge slot, subject to the applicable account limits.
The free slot allows you to continue using Warmforge within the limits of the free entitlement. It does not mean that your full trial access or all trial slots remain available indefinitely.
You are not automatically charged after the trial ends.
During the 14-day trial, you can access Warmforge under the trial entitlement. The number of slots available during this period may differ from the number available after the trial expires.
After the trial, the free entitlement is limited to one Warmforge slot for accounts that do not have a paid Salesforge subscription.
A slot represents capacity for a mailbox in Warmforge. The one free slot should not be confused with the number of mailboxes you may have been able to access during the trial.
The one-free-slot entitlement is limited to a single slot after the trial. If you have multiple mailboxes in Warmforge, do not assume that every mailbox will retain its trial access.
It is limited to one Google or MS365 mailbox.
Warmforge is free to use with a paid Salesforge subscription.
If you upgrade to a paid Salesforge plan, you can continue using Warmforge without needing to purchase a separate Warmforge subscription.
This benefit applies specifically to Warmforge. It does not mean that Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge, or other Forge products become free, or that their subscription and trial terms change.
The Warmforge trial is two weeks (14 days), aligned with the Salesforge free-trial period.
No. The trial is time-based, not usage-based. Simply delaying your use of Warmforge does not give you an additional 14 days.
