Cancellation Process, Subscription Renewals, Invoices & Refunds

Our billing policies for all Forge products: how renewals, invoices, plan changes, cancellations and refunds work.

This article explains how subscriptions, renewals, invoices, plan changes, cancellations and refunds work across all Forge products: Salesforge, Mailforge, Primeforge, Infraforge, Leadsforge and Warmforge. The same policy applies to every product and is based on our Terms of Service (linked at the bottom of this article).

Subscription terms and automatic renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly (Infraforge plans are billed quarterly or yearly).

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term for the same term length, and continue to renew until you explicitly request a cancellation.

  • If you do not wish to continue, it is your responsibility to request cancellation in time (see How to cancel below).

  • All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars and exclude VAT or other sales taxes.

Invoices and payments

  • A new invoice is generated automatically at every renewal and charged to the payment method on file. This continues for each new term until you request cancellation.

  • Taxes: EU-registered businesses must provide a valid VAT number and US-registered businesses must provide a ZIP code, so the applicable VAT or sales tax can be added to the total.

  • Invoices for a term that has already renewed remain payable in full, even if you request cancellation during that term.

  • Access to the services may be deactivated for failure to pay applicable fees.

Upgrades and downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged for the new plan.

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing term. You keep your current plan until then, and the new, lower rate is billed from the next term.

  • For mailbox products, the number of active mailboxes must fit the new plan. Mailboxes scheduled for deletion still count towards your plan until they are fully deleted at the end of their billing cycle.

How to cancel

Cancellations are handled by our support team via live chat. We ask you to contact support so we can give you personalized assistance, prevent unintended cancellations (for example, cancelling the wrong subscription or losing mailboxes or domains you still need), and hear your feedback so we can improve our services.

  1. Open the live chat in the app or on our website.

  2. Share your account email, the product and the subscription(s) you want to cancel.

  3. Let us know the reason for cancelling. This helps us improve, and in some cases we can suggest a better option for you.

  4. Our team will confirm the cancellation and the date it takes effect.

When does a cancellation take effect?

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the end of your current billing term.

  • All cancellations are applied at the end of the current billing term. You keep access to your subscription until then, and no further invoices are generated afterwards.

  • If your request is received less than 7 days before the renewal date, or after the subscription has already renewed, the subscription renews and the cancellation is applied at the end of that renewed billing term. The invoice for the renewed term remains payable.

  • Once the cancellation takes effect, access to your account and the data stored in it ends. Please export anything you need before that date.

Example: Your monthly subscription renews on the 15th. If you request cancellation on the 1st, it ends on the 15th of that month and you are not charged again.

Before you cancel: not getting the results you expected?

A lot of users see low results when running cold outreach themselves, but get much better outcomes working with specialists. We have a network of vetted cold email experts and agencies here: salesforge.ai/experts.

They usually help with targeting, copy and deliverability, which are the main reasons campaigns underperform. You can pick directly from the list, or ask us in live chat and we can connect you with someone relevant. If you still prefer to cancel, we're happy to proceed.

Refund policy

Because cancellations and downgrades take effect from the end of the current billing term, and you keep full access until then, we do not issue refunds. This includes:

  • Prepaid fees for monthly, quarterly or yearly terms, including unused time in the current term.

  • Subscriptions that renewed automatically because cancellation was not requested in time.

  • Unused mailboxes, domains, seats, credits or features, and partial periods after a downgrade.

  • Accounts limited or terminated for breaching our Sending Policy or Fair Usage terms.

Our services are intended for professional use only, so consumer withdrawal or retraction rights do not apply.

Note: Any exception request is reviewed by our team. As per our policy, we do not make any refunds, and no user is entitled to a refund, credit or compensation of any kind.
