Hiring Signals is a sourcing feature in Leadsforge that helps you find companies that are actively hiring and identify relevant people to contact within those companies.
How Hiring Signals Work
When using Hiring Signals, you can apply your desired filters and Leadsforge matches companies with its database.
Once matching companies are found, Leadsforge returns employees from those companies. You can then use Leadsforge's existing filters to narrow down the people you want to contact, such as:
Job title
Department
Seniority
Other available contact filters
This allows you to use hiring activity as a signal when building your prospect lists.
Hiring Signal Information
Each hiring signal includes information about the job posting, including:
Company name
Job title
Department
Seniority
Date posted
Open until
Job posting URL
The job posting URL can be used to view the original job listing and verify the hiring activity.

Hiring Signals are currently available for companies in the United States.
Support for additional countries and regions will be added in the future.
