Primeforge Google Workspace mailboxes provide Super Admin access, allowing you to manage your Google Workspace environment and configure advanced settings such as Domain-Wide Delegation.
When you purchase Google Workspace mailboxes through Primeforge, you receive Super Admin access to the workspace.
This gives you access to the Google Admin console and allows you to manage settings for the workspace and its mailboxes.
As a Super Admin, you can access settings including:
Security > Access and data control > API controls > Manage Domain-Wide Delegation
From there, you can authorize applications and service accounts to access Google Workspace APIs on behalf of users in your workspace.
Primeforge allows you to configure Domain-Wide Delegation (DWD) yourself. This means you can connect your own software or infrastructure directly to Google Workspace APIs without using a third-party sending platform.
For example, you can:
Create a Google Cloud service account.
Enable Domain-Wide Delegation for the service account.
Open the Google Admin console.
Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls > Manage Domain-Wide Delegation.
Add the service account's Client ID.
Authorize the required Google API scopes.
Use the service account to authenticate with the Gmail API and impersonate mailbox users.
This allows your own applications or servers to interact with the mailboxes through Google's APIs.
You do not have to connect your Primeforge mailboxes to Salesforge, Instantly, Smartlead, or another sending platform.
You can use your own infrastructure and a service account with Domain-Wide Delegation to send through the Gmail API.
The https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope can be authorized through Domain-Wide Delegation, allowing your service account to send email on behalf of mailbox users through the Gmail API.
Primeforge Google Workspace mailboxes are regular Google Workspace mailboxes. Primeforge does not add a separate throttling system, monitoring system, or sending restriction for customers using their own Gmail API infrastructure.
Google's own sending limits, quotas, and policies still apply.
Primeforge Google Workspace mailboxes also support Domain-Wide Delegation and API access for Gmail settings, including:

These scopes allow you to use your own service account and applications to manage supported Gmail settings across your mailboxes.
Google API scopes and permissions remain subject to Google's own requirements and restrictions.
There is no fixed Primeforge daily sending limit for Google mailboxes.
Google's sending limits are dynamic and can change depending on Google's systems and policies.
As a general recommendation, Primeforge recommends sending around 30 emails per day per mailbox. Sending significantly more than this can increase the risk of hitting Google's sending limits.
The 30 emails per day recommendation is not a hard Google limit. It is a recommended sending volume intended to reduce the risk of hitting Google's limits.
Using the Gmail API instead of a connected sending platform does not bypass Google's sending limits.
Super Admin access gives you administrative control over the workspace, but it does not remove restrictions imposed by Google.
Google can enforce:
Gmail sending limits
Gmail API quotas
API scope restrictions
Google Workspace policies
Abuse and spam protections
Other account or API-level restrictions
These restrictions are controlled by Google and may change independently of Primeforge.
Primeforge does not add its own sending throttling or restrictions for Gmail API traffic. Using your own server or the raw Gmail API does not bypass Google's limits or policies.
Each domain is configured as its own separate Google Workspace.
Each workspace has its own Super Admin account and its own Domain-Wide Delegation configuration.
If you have multiple domains, you can manage them independently and configure API access separately for each workspace.
For example, if you operate 20 separate domains, each domain can have its own workspace, Super Admin account, and Domain-Wide Delegation configuration.
You can connect a domain that you already own to Primeforge. You do not have to purchase your domains through Primeforge.
Your domain remains yours after connecting it to Primeforge.
If you cancel your Primeforge subscription, you keep ownership of your domains. However, the Google Workspace mailboxes provided through Primeforge will stop working when the subscription ends.
It is not possible to migrate mailboxes to direct billing after subscription cancellation, the mailboxes would have to be re-created entirely.
Primeforge offers both pre-warmed mailboxes and new mailboxes that you can warm up yourself.
You are not required to use Salesforge or Warmforge for warmup. You are free to use your own warmup tool.
Warmforge is Primeforge's dedicated warmup tool and is available through its own subscription plans. It is also included at no additional cost with a Salesforge subscription.
Primeforge subscriptions can be billed monthly or yearly.
You can contact support to cancel your subscription at any time, as long as the cancellation is made before the next renewal date.
If the renewal date has already passed, the new invoice becomes due and must be paid.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. There is no blanket refund policy that applies to every situation.
With Super Admin access, you can:
Manage your Google Workspace settings, users, and mailboxes.
Access Google Admin security and API settings.
Configure Domain-Wide Delegation.
Authorize your own service accounts and API scopes, including gmail.send.
Use your own infrastructure to interact with the Gmail API.
Manage settings independently for each workspace.
