Overview
Domain Age and Mailbox Age columns across Mailforge, Primeforge, and Infraforge shows Domain Age and Mailbox Age. This gives you clear visibility into how long each domain and mailbox has been active on the platform, which is an important factor in email deliverability.
Why Domain Age Matters
Domain age is one of the key signals that receiving mail servers use to evaluate your sender reputation. Older domains that have been consistently used for legitimate sending tend to have stronger deliverability. Newer domains need time and proper warmup before they can handle high sending volumes without landing in spam.
Knowing the age of each domain helps you make smarter decisions such as which domains are ready for full campaign volume, which ones still need more warmup time, and when to rotate or retire domains that may be underperforming.
Why Mailbox Age Matters
Similar to domain age, mailbox age plays a role in how trusted your sending identity is. A mailbox that has been active and warmed up over several months carries more credibility than a freshly created one. Tracking mailbox age helps you manage your sending infrastructure more effectively and avoid sending cold emails from mailboxes that are not yet ready.
How It Works
"Domain age" column is visible on the Domains page and a "Mailbox age" column is visible on the Mailboxes page across all three platforms.

The age is displayed in a human-readable format (for example: 5m 10d). Hovering over the age shows the exact date and time the domain or mailbox was created.

For domains and mailboxes purchased or created directly on Mailforge, Primeforge, or Infraforge, the age is counted from the date and time of purchase or activation on the platform.
For existing/already purchased domains that are connected to the platform after purchase, the age is counted from the date they were connected to Mailforge, Primeforge, or Infraforge.
