Infraforge is a private email infrastructure that gives you your own dedicated IP address, along with fully managed SMTP/IMAP setup. It is built specifically for cold outreach at scale, giving you:
Full control over your sending
Isolated sender reputation
Automated DNS setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
The ability to scale to thousands of mailboxes
With Infraforge, your email reputation is entirely your own.
This has two major implications:
You are not affected by other senders
No shared IP means lower risk of random blacklisting
More predictable and controllable deliverability
Better scalability for high-volume outreach
Your deliverability depends 100% on your setup and behavior
Poor practices will hurt only you, but fully
Because this is a private infrastructure, there are no “safety nets” like with Google or Outlook.
If misused, you can:
Burn your IP reputation quickly
Land in spam consistently
Get domains/IPs blacklisted
Even though setup is instant, you still have to warm your mailboxes up before running cold email sequences (unless purchasing pre-warmed mailboxes)
Warmups should gradually ramp up, and you shouldn’t exceed 20 warmup emails per mailbox per day. We recommend using Warmforge for warmups, as this is all automatically done for you within a premium warmup pool.
Pre-warmed mailboxes (Optional)
Infraforge also offers pre-warmed mailboxes, which come with:
Established sending history
Pre-configured domains and inboxes
Generic names, usernames, and domains
Warmup already completed
This allows you to start sending immediately, without going through the initial warmup phase.
Warmup shouldn’t stop once you start sending campaigns.
Even while running cold email sequences, you should keep warmup active in the background
This helps:
Stabilize deliverability
Reduce the risk of landing in spam
Offset negative signals from cold outreach
Stopping warmup too early can lead to a gradual drop in inbox placement, especially on new or scaling infrastructure.
Do not send from your main domain.
Recommended:
Use multiple secondary domains
2-3 mailboxes per domain
Spread volume across domains
Send no more than 30 cold emails per mailbox per day
Avoid sudden spikes.
Consistent daily sending
Avoid large batch sends from a single mailbox
Infrastructure won’t save bad emails.
Avoid:
Spammy wording
Too many links/images
Generic messaging
Aim for:
Personalized emails
Plain text style
Natural language
As much spintax as possible
Keep an eye on:
Reply rates
Bounce rates
While other metrics such as open rates and link clicks can be tracked, they’re not very reliable and can affect your deliverability negatively.
If performance drops:
Reduce volume
Pause affected mailboxes
Review your messaging
Run a placement test on Warmforge to see where your emails are actually landing
Infraforge sets this up automatically, including:
SPF
DKIM
DMARC
No manual setup is required, but:
Avoid modifying records that have already been set up
Avoid adding conflicting records
Ensure domains remain active and valid
Each Infraforge setup uses a dedicated IP, and overloading it can negatively impact your deliverability.
We recommend no more than 40 mailboxes per IP as going beyond this risks burning your sending infrastructure.
If you need to scale further, you’re not limited to just one IP. You can purchase additional IPs and distribute your mailboxes across them. This helps maintain a healthy sending reputation while still allowing you to grow your outreach.
Your lead list quality is one of the biggest factors in deliverability.
You should:
Use validated contact lists (contact validation is offered on Salesforge)
Target leads who are relevant to your offer - emails completely irrelevant to the lead are likely to result in more spam reports
Upon validation we recommend:
Sending to safe contacts
Avoiding invalid emails
Avoiding spam traps/contacts using anti-spam softwares
Being mindful with catch-all contacts, as the risk of bouncing is much higher
Poor-quality lists often lead to:
Low engagement
More spam reports
High bounce rates
On a dedicated IP infrastructure, emails bouncing and receiving spam reports can quickly damage your IP reputation, so keeping your lists clean is critical.
Infraforge is ideal if:
You are sending cold outreach at scale
You need full control over deliverability
You want to avoid shared IP risks
You are comfortable managing sending strategy
Infraforge gives you maximum control and maximum performance, but also requires responsible usage.
If used correctly:
You get significantly better scalability
More stable deliverability
Lower long-term costs
If used incorrectly:
Reputation damage happens faster than on shared systems
