How to Export Leads from Leadsforge to Salesforce
You can easily integrate Leadsforge with Salesforce to push your leads directly into your CRM. The process is quick and only requires a one-time setup.
Step 1: Connect Salesforce to Leadsforge
Go to your Integrations page in Leadsforge.
Select Salesforce from the list of available integrations.
Click Connect – you’ll be redirected to Salesforce.
Log in with your Salesforce account and approve the connection.
This uses OAuth, so your credentials remain secure.
Once connected, Salesforce will appear as an active integration in your Leadsforge dashboard.
Step 2: Map Your Fields
In the Salesforce integration settings, click Field Mapping.
Match your Leadsforge fields (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Company, Email) to the correct Salesforce fields.
Save your mapping.
This ensures your data exports cleanly and ends up in the right place inside Salesforce.
Step 3: Create a List in Leadsforge
Navigate to Lists in Leadsforge.
Create a new list or use an existing one.
Add the leads you want to export.
Step 4: Export Leads to Salesforce
Open your list.
Click the Export button at the top.
Select Export to Salesforce.
Confirm your export.
Your leads will now be sent directly into Salesforce with the correct field mappings.
Notes & Tips
You only need to set up the Salesforce integration once.
Field mappings can be updated anytime if your Salesforce fields change.
Exports are logged inside Leadsforge so you can track what’s been sent.
