Using the “Last Contacted” Filter

How to use last contacted filter?

The Last Contacted filter helps you find contacts you haven’t contacted recently so you can re-engage cold leads with precision.

Whether it’s been 7 days or 6 months, this filter makes it easy to segment your audience based on the time since your last interaction.

🔍 How It Works

You can filter contacts by the number of days, weeks, or months since they were last contacted.
This includes:

  • Emails sent

  • Replies received

  • Any touchpoint logged via Salesforge

Just set the timeframe you want, and Salesforge will surface all contacts who haven’t been contacted within that period.

🎯 Use Cases

  • Revive cold leads with targeted follow-ups

  • Stay consistent with your outreach rhythm

  • Avoid overcontacting recent leads

  • Create drip campaigns for long-term nurturing

🛠 How to Use It

  1. Go to your Contacts or Sequence audience view

  2. Click on Filters

  3. Select “Last Contacted.”

  4. Choose your timeframe: days, weeks, or months (up to 6 months)

You’ll instantly see a refined list of contacts who haven’t been touched in that period.

📌 Things to Keep in Mind

  • The filter is based on actual contact activity, not just when they were added to your list.

  • Perfect for creating follow-up lists or reactivation campaigns.
