Sequences Dashboard: Each sequence shows a dedicated Opt-Out Rate card, allowing you to monitor which campaigns are leading to higher unsubscribe rates.
Agent Frank View: Get opt-out insights on a per-agent basis to see how their messages are landing.
Opt-Out Rate is calculated as:
Opt-Out Rate = (Number of Unsubscribes / Number of Delivered Emails) × 100
This gives you a percentage that shows how many prospects are choosing to opt out of your outreach.
Spot Messaging Issues: A high opt-out rate could mean your tone, targeting, or frequency isn’t resonating.
Improve Deliverability: Fewer unsubscribes = better email reputation.
Stay Compliant: Monitoring opt-outs helps you maintain privacy standards and avoid spam complaints.
Regularly check your Opt-Out Rate alongside Reply Rate and Bounce Rate.
