What is Persana?
Persana is a data enrichment platform designed to help you manage and organize contacts efficiently. Similar to Clay, Persana allows users to store contacts and enhance their datasets before pushing them into other tools like Salesforge.
How to Integrate Persana with Salesforge
Step 1: Prepare Your Contact List in Persana
Before integrating, ensure your contact list is ready in Persana. Clean and format the data to match your workflow.
Step 2: Generate an API Key in Salesforge
Log into your Salesforge account.
Navigate to Settings > API Keys.
Click Generate API Key and copy it.
Step 3: Set Up the Integration in Persana
In Persana, go to Enrich Data.
Type Salesforge in the search bar.
Click Add leads to Salesforge.
Step 4: Enter the API Key
Click Add/Change API Key.
Paste the API key you generated in Salesforge.
Step 5: Map Your Data Fields
Select the appropriate Workspace in Salesforge.
Match your columns in Persana to the integration values.
Step 6: Save and Run the Integration
Click Save and run for all.
The data transfer will begin automatically.
Step 7: Verify Imported Contacts in Salesforge
Navigate to Contacts in Salesforge.
Check to ensure all imported contacts appear correctly.
