What Are Sub-Sequences?

Sub-sequences are an automation feature that ensures when a contact replies to a sequence and is labeled in Primebox, they automatically move to a new sequence tailored to their response. This eliminates manual intervention, saves time, and optimizes outreach efforts for higher engagement and conversion

Getting Started with Sub-Sequences in Salesforge

Activating sub-sequences in your Salesforge account is simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Sequences dashboard.

  2. Click on desired sequence for which you want to create subsequence and go to subsequence tab.

  3. Click on Add subsequence

  4. Setup the subsequence, Select label you are creating subsequence for, give it a name, content and fill in all required details.
    “Days to wait in between“ counts from the date of reply received.
    Click Save & Next.
    Follow the next steps choosing schedule and settings as you would do for normal sequence.
