Like this GoHighLevel is successfully connected to Salesforge

After completing the connection, configure your HighLevel field settings in Salesforge to ensure proper data synchronization.
Each Salesforge workspace connects to exactly one GoHighLevel Location (sub-account) — this is a strict 1:1 relationship, not just a recommendation. If you reconnect a workspace to a different GoHighLevel Location, it replaces the existing connection rather than adding a second one.
If you manage multiple GoHighLevel Locations or sub-accounts (for example, one per client), you'll need a separate Salesforge workspace for each Location you want to sync. There's currently no agency-level or bulk-connect option — each workspace completes its own individual OAuth connection.
All standard identifiable fields are automatically mapped for you. This ensures accurate data enrichment and helps prevent duplicate records.
Mapped fields include:
First Name → Select
Last Name → Select
Email → Select
LinkedIn URL → Select
Company → Select
You can also add and map custom variables based on your specific workflow or data requirements. Simply select the appropriate HighLevel custom field and map it to the corresponding Salesforge variable.
Once mappings are confirmed, your GoHighLevel contacts will sync seamlessly with Salesforge.
Not all GoHighLevel data can be synced today. The following do not sync in either direction: tags, opportunity fields, pipeline/stage, appointment status, notes, and activity logs. Contact owner and lead source can be synced, but only if you manually map them as a custom variable — there's no dedicated setting for them.
Mapped values sync as plain text, with no automatic type conversion. Make sure a GoHighLevel field's format (date, number, dropdown, etc.) matches how you intend to use the mapped Salesforge variable, since mismatched types pass through as-is rather than being converted.

Salesforge provides flexible sync controls to keep your GoHighLevel and Salesforge contacts aligned.
When enabled, all contacts between Salesforge and GoHighLevel are synchronized automatically.
Every contact in Salesforge and GoHighLevel is fully synced every 15 minutes, ensuring both platforms stay up to date.
Any new contact added to either system is shared with the other, keeping both platforms up to date without manual imports.
Contact creation, updates, and deletions made in GoHighLevel are also pushed to Salesforge in real time via webhook, in addition to the scheduled 15-minute sync — so you'll often see GoHighLevel changes reflected in Salesforge before the next scheduled sync runs. Updates pushed from Salesforge to GoHighLevel follow the scheduled sync (or Push Now).
For workspaces with very large contact lists, an occasional update pushed to GoHighLevel may not go through on the first attempt. If you notice a specific contact isn't reflecting a recent change in GoHighLevel, use Push Now to manually retry, or check that the contact's data doesn't contain a value GoHighLevel rejects (see the note on field types above).
Manually trigger a sync for contacts imported from GoHighLevel at any time.
Contacts are automatically updated in Salesforge every 15 minutes.
Use Pull Now to fetch updates instantly.
Contacts are automatically updated in GoHighLevel every 15 minutes.
Use Push Now to send updates immediately.
If contacts stop syncing altogether, try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. A connection can become invalid (for example, if access was revoked or expired on the GoHighLevel side) without an obvious warning inside Salesforge, so refreshing the connection is the fastest way to rule this out.
When enabled, deleted contacts are automatically removed from both Salesforge and GoHighLevel.
⚠ Disabling deletion sync will not restore any contacts previously deleted in GoHighLevel.

During a full/bulk sync, contacts are matched by email address, and GoHighLevel's data always takes precedence if the two systems disagree — this isn't currently configurable. Real-time updates and deletions coming from GoHighLevel webhooks instead match against the specific linked contact record, which is more precise.
To avoid unexpected overwrites or deletions, avoid having multiple leads share the same email address within a workspace that has GoHighLevel sync enabled.
The GoHighLevel integration currently only syncs contact-level data. It does not send Salesforge sequence status, reply status, unsubscribe status, or bounce status back to GoHighLevel — that engagement data stays inside Salesforge.
Tags — not synced
Opportunity fields — not synced
Pipeline / stage — not synced
Appointment status — not synced
Notes — not synced
Activity logs — not synced
Contact owner / lead source — only if manually mapped as a custom variable
There's no built-in way for a GoHighLevel tag being added/removed, or a pipeline stage change, to automatically enroll or remove a contact from a Salesforge sequence. You can still achieve this with a bit of setup: create a GoHighLevel workflow that fires on the tag or stage condition you want, and have that workflow call the Salesforge public API to enroll or manage the contact in a sequence. See the API docs and the webhooks article for the sequence-enrollment endpoint and available events. The same applies in reverse — Salesforge sequence events (replies, bounces, meetings booked, unsubscribes) don't automatically create or update anything in GoHighLevel; that would need to be built the same way, via the API.
Disconnecting GoHighLevel from Salesforge removes the connection and your field mappings — if you reconnect later, you'll need to set the field mappings up again. Contacts you already imported or synced into Salesforge are kept; they aren't removed by disconnecting.
⚠ Disconnecting in Salesforge does not revoke Salesforge's access on the GoHighLevel side. If you want to fully remove access, uninstall or remove the Salesforge app from your GoHighLevel account as well.
Once Salesforge is connected and set up to GoHighLevel, the integration unlocks contact importing and dynamic field mapping while importing
Go to contacts tab > Add contact

Click on Import from GoHighLevel and then choose a tag to be assigned to the contacts

Map the variables like name, email and any custom variable according to your preference

Once the variables are mapped, confirm your settings to complete the import. Your GoHighLevel contacts will now sync seamlessly with Salesforge based on your selected field mappings and sync preferences. This ensures your contact data stays accurate, up to date, and ready for use across campaigns and workflows without any manual effort.
Can I connect multiple GoHighLevel Locations to one Salesforge workspace, or connect at the agency level for all my sub-accounts at once? No. Each Salesforge workspace connects to exactly one GoHighLevel Location, and there's currently no agency-level or bulk-connect option. If you manage multiple Locations, connect each one from its own Salesforge workspace.
Does GoHighLevel data like tags, opportunities, pipeline stage, or notes sync with Salesforge? No. The integration only syncs core contact fields (first name, last name, email, company, LinkedIn URL) plus anything you manually map as a custom variable. Tags, opportunity fields, pipeline/stage, appointment status, notes, and activity logs aren't supported.
Does Salesforge send reply, bounce, or sequence status back to GoHighLevel? No. Sequence engagement data (replies, bounces, unsubscribes, sequence status) stays inside Salesforge and never syncs to GoHighLevel.
Can a GoHighLevel tag or pipeline stage change automatically enroll or remove a contact from a sequence? Not natively. You can build this yourself with a GoHighLevel workflow that calls Salesforge's public API to enroll or manage a contact in a sequence — see the Triggering Sequences section above.
What happens if the same contact exists in both systems with different data? During a full/bulk sync, contacts are matched by email and GoHighLevel's data takes precedence if the two disagree — this isn't currently configurable. Avoid having duplicate-email leads in a workspace with GoHighLevel sync enabled to prevent unexpected overwrites.
What happens if I disconnect the integration? Your field mappings are removed and would need to be set up again if you reconnect. Contacts already synced into Salesforge are kept. Disconnecting in Salesforge does not revoke access on the GoHighLevel side — remove the app from your GoHighLevel account separately if you want to fully revoke access.
My contacts stopped syncing — what should I check first? Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration. A connection can become invalid (for example, if access was revoked or expired on the GoHighLevel side) without an obvious warning in Salesforge, so refreshing the connection is the fastest way to rule this out. Also confirm the relevant sync toggles are still enabled.
Do custom field values convert between formats, like date or number, when they sync? No. Mapped fields sync as plain text with no automatic type conversion. Make sure the GoHighLevel field's format matches how you intend to use the data in Salesforge.
