Efficient email management starts with properly setting up your mailbox slots and mailboxes. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth and professional setup process.
Step 1: Purchasing Mailbox Slots
Mailbox slots are the foundation of your email system, as each slot represents the capacity to create one mailbox. Here's how to purchase them:
Locate the Slot Purchase Option
Navigate to the "Mailbox Slots" section in your dashboard and click the plus (+) icon.
Select the Number of Slots
Choose the desired number of slots. Keep in mind that the minimum purchase is 10 slots. Ensure that you only buy as many slots as you plan to use, as you will be charged based on the total number of slots purchased, regardless of how many mailboxes you create. For example, if you buy 10 slots but only create 5 mailboxes, you will still incur charges for 10 slots.Complete the Purchase
Confirm your selection and proceed with the payment process.
Step 2: Activating Mailbox Slots
Once you have purchased your slots, you’ll need to create your mailboxes.
In the "Active Mailbox Slots" section, press the plus (+) icon to navigate in to the mailbox creation window.
Step 3: Creating Mailboxes
With your slots activated, you can now create mailboxes. The system provides an option for manual setup or automated generation to simplify the process.

Click the Mailbox Creation option to start setting up your mailboxes.Choose the Autogenerate Option
For faster setup, use the Autogenerate Mailboxes feature. This tool allows you to efficiently configure multiple mailboxes with a few clicks.Configure Your Preferences
