How to connect:
Go to Salesforge.ai, login to your account and go to Settings > Integration
Here you will see Salesforce as an option, click on Connect App button, you will be redirected to Salesforce, where it will ask you to login if you are not logged in already
Once you login here, Salesforce will be successfully connected to Salesforge, now you need to sync primebox labels, choose what the lead status should be changed to in Salesforce whenever a label is given in primebox (Salesforge) and click Save changes & Close
After this, whenever you get an reply in Primebox and you label the reply, it will change the lead status automatically in Salesforce.
Importing Leads from Salesforce to Salesforge:
Leads needs to be imported directly from Salesforce itself to Salesforce for this integration to work.
For importing leads, go to contacts tab in Salesforge, and click on Add contacts button
Choose Saleforce from the options, it will ask you to Connect App if it is already not connected
After choosing Salesforce, select Salesforce Campaign to import contacts from
Add a tag for all contacts to import
Map all fields from Salesforce to Salesforge. Add Custom variables mapping if desired
Scroll down to “Preview & Edit” section and make edits to the leads data if desired.
Click “Confirm and import” to proceed.
