Your campaigns might have been paused due to one of the following reasons:
Pending Payment or Missed Payment: Your account has an outstanding payment, or the last payment was missed. Without resolving this, campaigns cannot continue running until payment is processed successfully.
Exceeded Email Credits Limit: You’ve reached or exceeded the maximum number of email credits allocated to your account. Once you replenish your credits or upgrade your plan, your campaigns will be reactivated.
Disconnected Mailboxes: All the mailboxes connected to your campaigns have been disconnected. This could happen due to changes in your account settings or issues with the connected email service. Reconnecting your mailboxes will restore the functionality of your campaigns.
Campaign Paused by Team Member: A member of your team may have manually paused the campaign. Please check with your team to confirm if this action was intentional or if it needs to be reversed.
Not enough personalization credits: in case you are using AI generated content and run out of personalization credits, the messages cannot be sent further, as you cannot go negative on personalization credits.
