You can edit the campaign settings before and while the sequence is ongoing.

For this, you'd need to go to Salesforge > Sequences > click on the desired sequence > Edit Sequence > In the Sequence builder we'll need to select Settings, and we'll have the next screen in front of us, under the Mailboxes:

Here we can select what we want turned on and off from the options, Tracking Open Rate being the first option.
