WebHooks consist of notifications sent over the Web and triggered whenever a certain event occurs.
In this case, the event is a new campaign event in Salesforge. As soon as an event occurs (such as emails being opened or replies arriving), a notification with the response data is immediately sent to the webhook URL, which is set in the configuration panel.
You can use Webhooks by going into Salesforge > Settings > Integrations, and you'll be prompted with the following screen:
From here we will need to click on 'Add webhook' and we'll be able to input all the details in the brackets just as below:
